Atoms also group together and
form molecules. Molecules can be formed
by a different number of atoms, 2,3.. or thousands (as in the case of
DNA).
All the atoms in a molecule can be the same, like in the oxygen
molecule (O2), or be formed by four or five different ones
(C, N, P, O, H), like the large molecules in you body.
The position of the atoms in
the molecules is not fixed, but they vibrate moving from one side to
the other of their point of equilibrium.
