When faced with a determined physical
behaviour, and before being able to establish the causes of such
behaviour, scientists usually have some prior
hypotheses which will guide them during the research process.
The hypothesis is a preliminary answer,
which is considered possible, to a problem which arises when trying to
explain a phenomenon and which must be verified by experimentation.
Without a prior hypothesis you cannot
have a work plan.
